Where is the circus located?

The Madison Lions Circus is at the fairgrounds in Madison GA. We are next to the Walmart in town. The address for a GPS location is 1311 Fairground Road, Madison GA 30650. The closest cross street is Lions Club Road. The closest major intersection is the 441 Bypass and Eatonton Road. We are approximately 1-mile from I-20.

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are purchased through our online ticketing partner. Tickets for each specific performance are limited. Once the performance is sold out, you will need to select a different performance. You will need to pay for your tickets with an electronic payment. Ticket purchased at the gate, will also require electronic payment.

How much are the tickets?

Regular price tickets are $25 for all individuals age 2 and older. There is no discount for age groups. Children age 2 and younger admitted without charge must be held on the lap. Regular tickets purchased in advance, early bird tickets, advance sale tickets are available for a 20% discount at $20. This pricing applies to all performances Thursday thru Sunday. Special promotional pricing is available on Tuesday and Wednesday performances. After Saturday April 10th, all tickets are regular price $25, either online or at the gate.

Are seats reserved? When can I enter the Big Top?

All seats are general admission or festival seating. Seats are on a first come first available basis. The big top will be opened 45 minutes prior to the performance times. If any tickets are available, they can be purchased after big top is open. All seats are great seats. Much of the action takes place above the ground. The natural slope inside the big top allows for a slight amphitheater layout.

Where do I park? Is there a charge for parking?

Parking is available on the fairgrounds property. The entrance is at 1311 Fairgrounds Road. Members of the Madison Lions Pride will help assist everyone parking. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR PARKING. Please do not park at Walmart, we have more than enough space for everyone. Handicap parking is available closer to the big top.

What will I see at the circus?

The Murcia Circus Company will perform. The circus includes hilarious clown acts, thrilling acrobatic stunts, amazing high-wire acts, the globe of death, jugglers and more. There are no animals in any performances.

How long is the performance?

Once you enter the Lions Club Event center for admission your entertainment will begin. All performances include a 45-minute session, followed by a 15-minute intermission and the final 45-minute session, or just under a 2-hour circus show. It’s amazing and an incredible value.

Will food or snacks be available?

Yes! Soft drinks, cotton candy and popcorn will be available before each performance and during the intermission. There are no other concession foods provided at the circus. Tailgating is OK in the parking lot prior to the show.
